We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven initiatives within a fast-paced FinTech environment. This role will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, data engineers, analysts, and compliance teams to ensure data projects are aligned with business goals, regulatory expectations, and internal customer needs. The ideal candidate has experience gathering and translating business requirements into clear data and process requirements, supporting delivery of reporting/analytics, and data integration. Key Responsibilities: Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and opportunities related to data, reporting, and process improvement.
