The Business Planning & Programs team is responsible for strategic, cross-functional initiatives of critical importance to Risk Prevention & Response (RPR) and the broader T&S pillar. The focus is on owning high-priority programs, shaping their execution across functions, and ensuring RPR's readiness for emerging challenges and opportunities. Success of this department will be measured by the ability to deliver outcomes at scale, influence stakeholders, and establish lasting processes that strengthen operational resilience. As a Program Manager within T&S, you'll join a talented, multi-disciplinary team that is raising the bar for organizational effectiveness while driving on T&S's highest priority initiatives. You'll act as a project manager, consensus creator, and trusted partner to T&S Leadership. You will own and drive on cross-functional projects, strengthen fast-moving engagements, and push for T&S to reach new levels of organizational maturity and impact.
