Preconstruction is where outcomes are set. Preconstruction is where customer trust is built, construction confidence is created, and margin and quality are locked in before site starts. Customers spend months inside preconstruction and how this phase runs defines both their experience of AVIA and the success of delivery that follows. AVIA is entering its next phase of growth. We’ve moved beyond startup pace and are deliberately maturing our systems, leadership and ways of working to scale with control. We’re looking for a Chief Preconstruction Officer to lead our entire front‑end delivery engine across estimating, procurement, design and drafting, interior design, and the presite customer experience. This executive leadership role works in close partnership with AVIA’s Founder & Managing Director, translating vision and intent into clear standards, repeatable systems and reliable outcomes.
