Job DetailsJob Location: Fort Worth - Fort Worth, TX 76107Position Type: Full TimeJob Summary The Foster Parent Engagement Partner (referred to in candidate-facing communications as an “Engagement Partner” or “Parent Engagement Partner”) is a member of the Marketing & Communications team responsible for engaging inquirers, converting qualified individuals into Foster Parent Candidate Homes, and guiding those candidate homes through the verification journey by providing ongoing engagement, support, and candidate advocacy. This position contributes to the development of the volunteer frontline workforce CK Family Services needs to deliver foster parenting services. The Foster Parent Engagement Partner helps candidate homes understand the role, requirements, and expectations of foster parenting with CK Family Services; strengthens candidate readiness and capability; sustains forward progress toward verification; and partners effectively with team members involved in verification to reduce unnecessary delay, minimize inefficiency, and support progression toward verification.
