We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Operations Specialist professional to join our team and help us deliver an exceptional workplace experience. This role can be based in either our Baltimore or Raleigh office and is responsible for ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will help create a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors while working closely with HR, Accounting, Purchasing, and building engineering teams to manage facilities operations, vendor relationships, and workplace improvement projects. Essential Functions: Facilities Operations: - Support monthly expense reconciliation and billing coordination with Accounting and Field Engineering teams. - Assist with office furniture resets, team moves, and maintain cleanliness during visits or improvement projects. - Manage parking relationships, including provisioning/deprovisioning, invoicing, and utilization reporting. - Provide vendor management support for breakroom, office supplies, and furniture.
