Core Responsibilities: Build and lead a high-performing Portfolio Management function, defining standards, governance, with varying levels of responsibility across across Operations, Engineering and Workplace with focus on technology development, and Global Workplace Projects where big capex capacity expansion projects sits. Own the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, from intake and prioritization to dependency management, delivery oversight, and benefits realization in Engineering and Workplace. Shape the design and implementation of a new enterprise portfolio management system, providing strategic input and leadership. Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Technology leaders to align portfolio priorities with business strategy.
