FTE: 1.0 Shift: Days, Schedule: Monday - Friday Position Summary: The Referral Coordinator is responsible for expediting the administrative requirements of patient referrals between participating providers and patient health plans. The incumbent acts as a resource regarding referrals and insurance plan guidelines. This role requires the ability to interpret medical guidelines, benefits, policies and procedures in order to ensure the efficient operations of patient health care services.
