Full-time & Part-time barista/cashier/CSR positions are now being filled at our Eli Lilly Coffee Zon & Fuzion Cafes located in Eli Lilly Corporate Building & Tech Buildings (all locations located downtown Indianapolis). Shifts available Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 4:30 pm (shifts vary). Closed Weekends & Holidays!: The barista prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, including various types of coffee, espresso, tea and smoothie drinks in a timely, efficient, sanitary and consistent manner. Barista’s are responsible for educating guests on our drink menus, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items and taking orders.
