Classification Title: OPS Research Assistant Classification Minimum Requirements: - Pursuing a degree in biology, environmental science, or a related field is preferred. - Interest in invasive species ecology, aquatic ecosystems, plant management and/or plant biology. - Ability to follow detailed instructions, maintain accurate records, and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. - Demonstrated reliability and enthusiasm for scientific research. - Willingness to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed for fieldwork or special projects.
