As the District Vice President (DVP), you will be responsible for leading and driving the transformational change within the Halifax and South West Nova Scotia district, a key district in the Atlantic Region. Your primary focus will be on retail and business banking teams, where you will be accountable for all aspects of results, and coaching to ensure high-quality sales activities, deepen customer relationships, and foster engagement and accountability across the branch network. Your leadership will be instrumental in achieving our financial and non-financial goals, enhancing customer service, optimizing people resources, and improving operational effectiveness.
