Access Control Supervisor-Safety and Security - ( 26002956 ) Description The University of Iowa Health Care department of Safety and Security is seeking an Access Control Supervisor (PHF3) to provide programmatic leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, and operational accountability for access control services across UI Health Care facilities and offsite locations. This position is responsible for supervising Access Control operations, conducting inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal audit requirements, and serving as the subject ‑ matter expert for access control systems, policies, and monitoring activities. The role reports to the Manager of Operation and Offsite Liaison and collaborates closely with operational leadership to maintain secure, compliant, and well ‑ managed access control programs throughout the organization.
