Civil Project Manager Location: O'ahu Hawaiʻi: Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt Department: Civil Reports To: Senior Project Manager Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 base salary The Opportunity: Alpha Inc. is looking for a Civil Project Manager who can run the work, own the numbers, protect the schedule, and keep the field moving without losing sight of the people doing the work. This is not a “forward emails and attend meetings” project management role. This is heavy civil. Real dirt. Real deadlines. Real dollars. Real accountability. You’ll be trusted to manage projects from bid to closeout — cost, schedule, quality, documentation, subcontractors, clients, change orders, risk, and results. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with Superintendents, Foremen, Project Managers, and field crews to turn plans into progress and progress into profitable, high-quality work.
