We’re looking for a skilled Medical Coder & Biller with oncology experience to join our team and play a key role in supporting accurate, compliant, and efficient revenue cycle operations. What You’ll Do: In this role, you’ll take ownership of coding and billing processes that directly impact patient care and organizational success. You will: - Accurately assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for oncology services, including hematology conditions, chemotherapy, infusions, and immunotherapy - Review provider documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance - Prepare and submit clean claims, reducing denials and optimizing reimbursement - Investigate and resolve claim denials, including managing appeals through final determination - Conduct infusion billing audits, ensuring proper...
