Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking. - Experience managing agreements or partnerships. - Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management. - Experience working for, or directly with, talent management firms, talent agencies or creators to build creator businesses on digital platforms. - Ability to work non-standard hours to attend in-person partner meetings and industry events in Los Angeles (e.g., at least 4-5 times a week).
