Job Description Job Title: Guest Service Provider: Department: Restaurant Operations: Reports To: Shift Leaders, Assistant Managers and General Managers FLSA Status: Non-exempt: SUMMARY: This Golden Chick location is expanding and looking for an Guest Service Provider to join our team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Greets customers with a positive and friendly attitude - Enters orders into POS system, uses suggestive selling of food products to customers, receives payment (cash and credit card), makes change and maintains cash drawer - Presents orders to guests and ensures accuracy of order - Assists with ordering filling as needed - Reads monitor to identify products that need to be prepared - Notifies cook of special orders, shortages and needs - Other general duties include: minor food preparation, stocking of supplies, cleaning of dining room tables and restrooms, sweeping, mopping, discarding of trash and filling ice bins - Sets up workstations with all needed ingredients and equipment as needed - Communicates with customers, team membe...
