Job Description: Allied Universal® is hiring am Administrative Project Manager. The Administrative Project Manager will administratively support Enterprise Account leadership by managing and tracking deliverables, and company initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: QUALIFICATIONS: - Perform weekly payroll and billing data transfers and ensure accurate work schedules. - Set up and maintain accounts and employee profiles while managing site-specific terminations. - Enter and categorize billback items (e.g., medical, vehicle, fuel) and resolve rejected shifts promptly. - Support phased workforce process implementation across multiple sites and integrate additional vendor accounts. - Reconcile unapplied cash with Treasury based on approved work schedules and ensure timely cash allocation. - Address administrative requirements for new locati...
