YOUR OPPORTUNITY: At Bacardi, we are evolving how we win in On Trade. This role is at the heart of that transformation. We are looking for a Hospitality Business Manager who will help us build our brands through the most influential venues and experiences across Spain. This is a hybrid role combining commercial understanding with a strong focus on hospitality, stakeholder management, coordination and planning, execution excellence, and premium experience delivery. You will play a key role in shaping how our brands show up in bars, restaurants, hotels and premium hospitality environments, working closely with both customers and internal teams.
