Description The Gund Company is growing and has an opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join our people-first culture! HR Generalist We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who will report to the Regional Human Resources Business Partner and serve as a key support resource for both plant operations and corporate HR initiatives. In this role, you will help create positive employee experience by handling employee relations matters, supporting workplace investigations, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring consistent application of company policies and practices across the site. What You’ll Do: - Manage employee relations cases from intake through resolution with clear documentation and follow-up. - Conduct workplace investigations involving policy, conduct, attendance, or related employee concerns. - Partner with plant leaders to address attendance and timekeeping issues and support corrective action processes. - Coordinate onboarding activities and help ensure a smooth start for new hires. - Support plant operations with day-to-day HR guidance while collaborating with corporate HR on programs, processes, and compliance priorities. - Provide day-to-day HR support t...
