Job Title Field Service Engineer, Patient Care Informatics – Castilla y León Job Description: Field Service Engineer, Patient Care Informatics (PCI) – Castilla y León As a Field Service Engineer, you will provide technical support for Philips solutions, including installations, upgrades, preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, and related activities at customer sites across Castilla y León locations. Your role: - You will be primarily supporting Castilla y León region - Provide remote and on-site technical support to implementation and project teams. - Work closely with Healthcare Information Systems implementation teams during deployment and post go-live, including integration activities, third-party device connectivity, and data exploitation. - Act as technical lead for small to medium implementations, managing technical escalations and ensuring timely resolution. - Perform remote monitoring, manage alerts, open incident tickets, and drive incident resolution while maintaining clear customer communication, accurate documentation, and compliance with Philips work practices and health & safety guidelines.
