Job description

This role provides excellent service to all team members. Keeps the bar area cleaned and always stocked. Assists the Bartender with various duties. - Cleans bar area, including bar tops, sinks, glasses, refrigerators, and other bar appliances. - Maintains bar area fully stocked throughout the shift for bartenders and servers. - Acknowledges, greets, and converses with customers who approach the bar. - Manually pushes cart loaded with beverages from the keg room to the various bars as needed during shift. - Calls a designated slot employee when needed by a guest or bartender. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. - Change runs. - Six months previous experience as a Bar Helper preferred. - Minimum of six months customer service experience in a previous position, where the primary job duty is direct customer service is preferred. - Previous money-handling experience is preferred. - Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. - Must be 21 years of age. - Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift. - Must be able to communicate with guests to meet their immediate needs. - Must be able...
