About the role: - Provide friendly and efficient reception service - Assist patients in the selection of optical frames taking into account lifestyle and physical needs - Recommend use of ancillary products (e.g. contact lens care products). - Support other team members in the achievement of practice goals and objectives including (but not limited to) processing Medicare, health fund payments, credits / warranties, entering stock, jobs due report, debtor’s management and stock takes - Maintain a high level of housekeeping in the practice including overall presentation and cleanliness - Able to work Thursdays evenings & Saturdays Our Benefits: - Learning a...
