Description Galloway Ridge is an upscale continuing care retirement community offering top-quality care in a warm, welcoming environment, and we are looking for a Fire & Life Safety Coordinator to join our team! The Fire & Life Safety Coordinator performs and assists with work efforts, activities, and programs within the Security & Safety Department. A primary focus for the position will be on the fire & life safety operations of the community. The Coordinator is expected to be on campus during all shifts for fire drills and will respond to any after-hours life safety system issues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Performs, supports, and assists with assigned work efforts for daily operations and services related specifically to emergency response systems, access control systems, alert systems, critical systems [elevators/generators], all fire-related systems, and life safety procedures & documentation while maintaining compliance with established safety rules, policies, and procedures regarding life safety operations. - Supports and executes resolutions, programs, and repairs while working within the team environment and in collaboration with other diverse grou...
