We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide shared support to our CFO, CMO and Chief People Officer. This role is essential to maximizing efficiency and outcomes for these leaders by managing calendars, coordinating travel, handling expenses, assisting with events, managing special projects and coordinating with other EAs and internal stakeholders.
