OVERVIEW: The Center Director oversees and leads the operations of The Salvation Army Kroc Community Center. The Center Director is responsibility for staff management, training and execution of duties and roles. They will also be responsible for the scope of operations, programming offerings, budget plans, program metrics, staffing and community involvement. This position provides oversight in departmental management and the development of Kroc staff. The Center Director must ensure community impact and missional objectives, as well as contribute to the long-term funding and community support for the center. RESPONSIBILITIES: BUSINESS/LEADERSHIP: OPERATIONAL/PROGRAM: - Bachelor's degree required in Recreation & Leisure Administration, communication, Administration, Education or related field.
