Supervisor - Operations (Warehouse Administration)

Job description

As the Supervisor – Operations, you will lead and oversee one or more functional areas within a warehouse operation, with a primary focus on supervising a team of warehouse operations administrators. You will support critical administrative functions including customer billing, credits and rebills, inventory adjustments, documentation, and other warehouse-related administrative processes. You will train, coach, and counsel associates and typically manage two or more direct reports. You will ensure compliance with all operational, audit, safety, and company policies while maintaining a strong focus on meeting customer requirements. You will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of warehouse administrative and operational processes and procedures to support efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence.
