Domestic Abuse House Lead (Female) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women experiencing domestic abuse and accompanying complex needs? The Nelson Trust have a small residential safe space accommodation unit for women experiencing domestic abuse and accompanying complex needs. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate woman-focused professional to lead the project. Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum Location: Swindon: Hours: 35 hours per week - 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday. Holidays: 25 days pa plus statutory Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution) What you will do: Ensure shift coverage and that it is safely managed 24/7 Ensure that any voids are filled – this includes working with referrers and assessing women’s suitability for residency Ensure all paperwork is up-to-date including timely submissions of housing benefit claims and service charge is paid in full every month Provide support line management support to staff Manage the health and safety of the building Ensure accurate recording of client’s case management system What we offer: A supportive and dynamic work environment.
