Job description

Role Summary As Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in providing market data, analysis and insights, as well as help prospective new business opportunities. What you’ll be doing: - Identify and analyse shipping market trends and economic data to inform market outlook. - Produce reports and presentations with market commentary and analysis and deliver them to existing and future clients. - Be proactive and strategic and remain ahead of events and issues that will impact trade flows. - Actively engage, and challenge brokers and our clients. - Provide information to brokers and clients so that they have meaningful information on an accurate and timely basis for them to make best decisions. - Maintain key databases and presentation slide packs. - Provide general assistance with a variety of ad-hoc analytical requests. - Continually look at ways to improve our internal systems, data collection and the delivery of our analysis. - Additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
