Seasonal Farm Worker

Job description

Overview Looking for a worker to assist in normal farm operations. This includes routine maintenance, planting, tillage, haying, silage chopping, mowing, irrigating and maintaining irrigation equipment. Workers should have experience in but not limited to: irrigation systems, heavy equipment operation, farm equipment operation, heavy truck operation (CDL). This requires basic knowledge of computer systems. This is an hourly position to begin the first part of May through October. It will require the worker to be available days, evenings, and weekends depending on what work needs to be done. Estimated start date is May 1, 2026. Responsibilities: Routine maintenance, planting, tillage, haying, silage chopping, mowing, irrigating and maintaining irrigation equipment. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: - 2 years’ experience in agriculture work - 2 years' experience operating construction and/or farm equipment - Ability to perform routine maintenance on trucks, tractors, implements, and other equipment - Must be willing to work a versatile schedule, primarily during, but not limited to, normal business hours - This position requires someone who is not afraid to get dirty, that is w...
