Full Time (80 hours/pay period) Days: 10 hour shifts- 6:45a to 5:15p; no weekends, holidays or call General Summary: Performs routine and specialized diagnostic and technical radiographic procedures at an advanced skill level in an outpatient setting. Duties and Responsibilities: - Performs radiographic examinations, obtains patient history, explains routine procedures, and addresses patient concerns. - Oversees the work of other personnel and demonstrates leadership and delegation skills by training, allocating and monitoring work. Performs work of a similar nature. - Schedules cases to coordinate with other patient examinations. - Able to master complex operating room procedures as well as fluoroscopic and overhead procedures and more complex portable exams if applicable to the location of outpatient center. - Positions and transfers patients safely and comfortably and explains basic and complex procedures. - Immobilizes patients as necessary and practices radiation safety procedures. - Evaluates recorded images for technical quality; consistently maintains a repeat rate under 5%. - Assists in inventory control and ordering supplies. - Evaluates workflows and processes, suggests...
