This role strongly emphasizes phlebotomy , requiring confidence and experience in performing blood draws along with specimen collections including urine, saliva, hair, and DNA. Responsibilities include assisting clients, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing specimens, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a clinical, patient-facing environment. Strong communication, customer service, and phlebotomy skills are essential. Availability to work most Saturdays is required.
