Title: ADMISSIONS SUITE NURSE / RN II State Role Title: Registered Nurses: Hiring Range: $84,418 - $116,497: Pay Band: 5: Agency: Dept Behavioral Health/Develop: Location: Eastern State Hospital: Agency Website: https://dbhds.virginia.gov/facilities/esh/: Recruitment Type: General Public - G Job Duties: To coordinate and schedule admissions to ESH through coordinating with the CSBs and AOD/MOD office. Reviews referral/admission documentation for accuracy and completeness. This includes Civil, Forensic, Adult, and Geriatric admissions. Communicates with the CSBs to record notification calls for the CSB log. Provides data entry for new admissions into the required databases and completes necessary admission paperwork and documentation into the EHR. Maintains secure storage for patient valuables. This position is considered essential personnel and would be required to work in the event of an emergency, pandemic, or facility need. All ESH positions are required to work different shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays, and/or overtime as requested.
