What you will be doing: We are looking for a driven, talented Junior Software Engineer to help us build our SaaS-based anti-money laundering solutions, which empower organizations to fight Financial Crime! We are building cutting-edge solutions that help create a safer world and stop money from ending up in the hands of criminals. This role sits within the team responsible for the Frontend Platform: the core features, delivery mechanisms, UI components and engineering tools that are used by teams across Comply Advantage to deliver customer-facing solutions. As a Junior Frontend Software Engineer, you will: - Help build and maintain UI components that allow compliance officers to manage customer information. - Work alongside Backend Engineers to ensure features are integrated reliably. - Collaborate across the frontend engineering community to further enhance the build, test and deployment processes. - Participate in design discussions and code reviews to learn how to build performant and maintainable applications. - Join agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinements, retrospectives) and contribute your perspective to team decisions. - Use AI-assisted development tools (like Claude Code...
