Overview POSITION TITLE (Oracle title): DATA ANALYST: WORKING TITLE: Data Analyst-OPT (Personnel Data) SCHOOL/DEPARTMENT: Human Resources-Salary and Information Systems: LOCATION: Crossroads III, Cary, NC: PAY GRADE: Noncertified Grade 26: FLSA STATUS: Nonexempt: ELIGIBILITY FOR EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT: No: WORK WEEK SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday (occasional evenings and weekends) Position is available for a Hybrid Telework workweek POSITION PURPOSE: As a member of the Oracle Processing Team (OPT), this position manages and analyzes data related to any employment status changes in the Wake County Public School System’s (WCPSS) Oracle database and assists in responding to questions received in Human Resources, as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs) - Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel (analyzing data and performing calculations using databases and spreadsheets), Power Point; Google Apps; - Considerable knowledge of interrelated functions between human resources, payroll, and benefit processes; - Excellent customer service and organizational skills; - Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and wr...
