About the role We are seeking a Youth Support Worker to join our Targeted Care Packages (TCP) program in Warrnambool. This role supports young people who have transitioned out of residential care, or are at risk of entering it, by providing personalised, flexible support in home-based, kinship, or independent living arrangements. You’ll work to support each young person’s emotional wellbeing, daily routines, and personal development. Whether it’s attending appointments, engaging in activities, or helping build life skills, you’ll play a vital role in their journey. You’ll also maintain clear communication and records and work therapeutically with families and carers to help young people achieve their goals.
