They are to assist in food safety and quality by keeping the working area clear of trash and food debris and cleaning tools, equipment, and the working area thoroughly. Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure production room is clean. Sweep food waste up from the floor and equipment. Empty red trash barrels: Haul trash and cardboard out of processing room to the compactors Dump food waste into food waste lift Clean and sanitize production lines between products and during allergen changeovers.
