As a Claims Officer with Coal Mines Insurance (CMI), you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of claims-related administration and customer-service activities. Your main responsibilities will include: - Accurate and timely payment of accounts - Registration of claims and early notifications - Efficient management of customer claims administration, mail, phone enquiries and file management - Ability to meet KPI targets in a timely manner - Active participation in ongoing projects under management About you: Your education, experience and skills will include: - Business Administration Certificate (essential) - Strong computer skills especially with Adobe and Microsoft Office - Team player with a focus on customer...
