Position Summary As Director, Growth Analytics you will be pivotal in managing the reporting and audience needs for a major client while also serving as a consultant to all Mediabrands planning stakeholders. In addition to managing the day to day needs of internal and external clients, this role will be managing a high functioning team of managers. Responsibilities: - Digital media performance (e.g relevant KPIs, setting measurement plans) - Reporting solutions (e.g. automated dashboards, power BI solutions, enhanced data visualization) - Audience strategy (e.g. creating/analyzing high value audiences for hyper targeting purposes) - Audience activation (working with SBU’s and 3rd parties to create audiences at scale for activation) - Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally to senior leadership at the client and agency - Manage a team of analytics professionals Required Skills & Experience: - Experience evaluating various attribution approaches including MTA - Familiarity with regression-based analysis for attribution modeling and performance measurement - Demonstrated success leading work multi-functional teams - Experience with reporting & data platforms such as Dator...
