Each year Lake Junaluska will host over 200,000 guests who are engaged in spiritual training, recreation or renewal events and activities. Our guests include religious, non-profit and secular groups. We are also a residential and vacation community. About the Program: Each year, between May and October, Lake Junaluska Assembly hosts international staff through the Greenheart Exchange program. Greenheart Exchange is designated by the US Department of State as a J-1 Visa sponsor that allows foreign students to travel and work in the United States for up to four months.
