Position Summary: The Day Camp Activities Coordinator will oversee all aspects of program activities of the Summer Day Camp Program. Working with children ranging from 7 to 17 years old, the Activities Coordinator must possess the ability and desire to interact closely with this age group, as well as other staff, volunteers, and parents. This includes coordinating and leading activities, while always ensuring the safety and well- being of attending children. The Activities Coordinator must always lead by example using positive behavior management techniques, facilitating conflict resolution and relationship building, and creating a welcoming and safe environment full of positive experiences.
