Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, account planning or business development. - Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently to engage with clients in the region. Preferred qualifications: - Experience navigating matrixed organizations to build consensus and secure investments. - Experience with Google Ad Solutions and understanding of the performer landscape across traditional and digital media advertising. - Ability to master key vertical business models and macro-trends, advising clients on AI's impact on P&L and market positioning. - Ability to translate complex AI concepts into data-driven narratives that influence C-suite strategy. - Excellent project management skills with a track record of managing ambitious outcomes. - Proven track record of negotiating and delivering complex, multi-year Joint Business Plans (JBP) with enterprise clients, utilizing data for forecasting, pipeline management, and identifying long-term value.
