Position Title: HVAC Foreman Reports To: HVAC Manager Direct Reports: Apprentices Join Team Kline – Where you’re not just an employee, you’re an owner! Job Summary: The HVAC Foreman will be responsible for the installation of HVAC systems, leading a team, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and company standards. This role involves performing system start-ups and testing while interpreting blueprints and technical manuals. The foreman will leverage diagnostic skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring installations meet all relevant codes and regulations. Maintaining accurate installation records and providing quality customer service are essential aspects of the position. Adherence to safety protocols is critical.
