Meeting and event setup - We average about 8-12+ a day Tues-Thurs with multiple touch points for each event. · 30- min prechecks of space double checking set up is still correct and crew etc. have not used space and verify all technology is working ( due to the video walls this has become standard. · Many events are require additional attention to detail such as power runs and special set up instructions · Meeting Crew cross over- OST's cross over with crew using the space to make sure camera angles, are set up, crew knows how to connect to the space, and how to utilize the microphones as well as any other questions they may hav...
