Job Description: As Regional Sales Manager in the Herts & Essex region, you will lead a team of 8 direct reports (7 Sales Development Managers and 1 New Business Manager), driving sustainable volume growth, profitability and long-term customer partnerships across the territory. You will take full ownership of the regional P&L, build and execute a clear commercial plan aligned to company strategy, and ensure Greene King is positioned as the leading supplier partner in the Free Trade market.
