DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: SUPERVISION: Reports directly to Practice Manager - The nurse practitioner (NP) works in collaboration with the physician within the scope of practice guidelines agreed upon by the collaborating parties. Responsible for providing health care to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education and counseling.
