About the role: Responsible for implementing and supporting project management processes within Global Operations at our Arden Hills facility. This role leads the implementation of key site programs by leveraging project management tools, best practices, and effective indirect leadership of cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The position proactively coordinates with quality, engineering, supply chain, and facilities teams to drive priorities, process development, and continuous improvement aligned with business goals and objectives.
