Seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee Electrical Engineering and /or industrial construction projects from beginning to completion in Tampa, FL Pay: $100-110k depending on experience. Key Responsibilities for Project Manager: - Develop and maintain weekly and monthly project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera. - Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution of work. - Manage AIA billing processes and ensure timely and accurate submissions. - Collaborate with accounting and finance teams for cost tracking and forecasting. - Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, ensuring prompt responses and documentation. - Lead procurement efforts for materials, equipment, and services. - Negotiate and manage subcontractors ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, and budget. - Monitor subcontractor billing, performance and resolve issues proactively.
