About the role: We’re looking for a Strategic Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of high‑value Wholesale and channel partner accounts . This role sits at the heart of our Wholesale growth strategy and is responsible for driving long‑term, profitable revenue through deep customer relationships, strategic account planning, and complex deal execution. You’ll act as a trusted commercial partner to senior customer stakeholders, shaping account strategy, expanding share of wallet, and ensuring BT remains a critical, long‑term partner to our largest wholesale customers. This is a role for someone who thrives in complex, enterprise environments and enjoys balancing commercial growth, relationship leadership, and strategic influence .
