About the Role: We are seeking a Mandarin-speaking Senior Property Manager to oversee a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 200 residential properties (predominantly apartments), supported by a Property Officer and Virtual Assistant. This is a leadership-focused role, allowing you to concentrate on portfolio performance, client relationships, and team development — rather than being caught in day-to-day administration.
