Job Description: Reports To: The Maintenance Assistant will report to the Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Assistant position is a non-exempt, part-time hourly position including Saturdays. Salary Range: $17.50 - $18.50 Hourly Job Overview: Aids in maintaining the community to be a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by conducting routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside the community, installing and servicing equipment, and preparing apartments for resident move-ins.
