Implement the strategic Human Resource (HR) Plan, ensuring a distinct competitive advantage for the organization. Oversee and ensure legal compliance throughout all employee relations activities, including training, investigations, decision-making processes and follow through. Partner with Supply Chain leadership for planning and development activities for new and existing programs and policies. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, and company policies.
